What is this a trick question? The LOWEST is 0% - or no tinting.

    Good Luck...

Windshield Non-reflective tint is allowed on the top 6 inches of the windshield.
Front Side Windows Must allow more than 32% of light in.
Back Side Windows Must allow more than 32% of light in.
Rear Window Must allow more than 32% of light in.

Darkness of tint is measured by Visible Light Transmission percentage (VLT%). In Georgia, this percentage refers to percentage of visible light allowed in through the combination of film and the window.

Hey man, i tint for a living and follow the laws closely (dont abide by them of course lol)....

Anyway the WHOLE reason they changed that law here in georgia was because of people from out of state

The way the law was worded made it so people from out of state could roll through our state with dark window tint and there would be nothing we could do about it...

So inorder to change the law they had to take it away for a bit so they could reword it and make it so they

can bust those guys coming from florida etc.

The absolute legal limit on a car is %32 all the way around... theres no getting around it.... some cops however say that as long as the front two are %32 they wont write you a ticket... doesnt change the law though....

On Anything with a truck chassis (trucks suv's minivans)

The law on those guys are %32 on the front two windows and as dark as you want them on the rear.

Sunstrip isnt supposed to be more than 6" s but the majority of mine are around 8 " ... I always do what looks the best up there, and never had anyone complain of a ticket.
